HOW TO TAKE YOUR BODY MEASUREMENT BY YOURSELF WITHOUT ASSISTANCE
1. Watch the video below to learn how to take your own measurement
2. Take your measurement in accordance to the guidelines provided in the video and record them
3. go to your account details and record your measurement under the measurement column and submit
click on 'my account' to access your account details
scroll down to the measurement section to input your measurement details and also upload your photo then click on submit
